Sales Executive – Real Estate
Water Homes is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Kalaburagi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals to drive property sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers to generate leads.
- Conduct property site visits and explain plot details to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel within Kalaburagi for client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
